What did you find most valuable about being involved in the Unity Project
The Unity Project made us analyse how we deliver the development of rugby within our own
counties in helping identify ways to resolve the issues raised by FER to support them achieve their
targets for growth and excellence. Teamwork Making a difference

1. Make sure you are dealing with the movers and shakers, the decision makers. Inspiring
2. Ensure a full commitment from all involved both in the UK and the host country.
3. Set targets that are achievable, timely and owned by all parties.
4. Targets set by the host country not the CBs, do not impose ideas, sell them. Encouraging
